By using ecomBiz, contacting us about the product, or onboarding to the service, you agree to the following terms.
ecomBiz provides analytics, reporting, inventory insights, dashboards, and operational software support for Amazon sellers using seller-authorized Amazon marketplace data.
You must provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws and Amazon policies, and protect your own account credentials and internal access controls.
Our platform accesses Amazon seller data only after your authorization through Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) and OAuth. We do not claim affiliation with Amazon and do not control your marketplace account.
We use data to provide the requested analytics and software services, improve platform quality, support users, and meet security or compliance needs.
We do not sell seller data or use seller-authorized data for unrelated advertising or competing purposes.
We are not responsible for marketplace account suspension, loss of sales or revenue, or inaccuracies originating from third-party platforms or source systems beyond our direct control.
We may suspend or terminate services if terms are violated, misuse is detected, access is revoked, or continued service would create security, compliance, or operational risk.
All content, dashboards, and analytics tools belong to ecomBiz.
We may update terms at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
