Refund terms for ecomBiz subscriptions and services.

Effective Date: April 27, 2026

1. Subscription Billing

ecomBiz subscription plans are billed based on the commercial plan selected during onboarding or contract confirmation.

2. Demo and Pre-Sales

Demo requests, consultations, and pre-sales discussions are not billable and therefore do not involve refunds.

3. Refund Requests

If you believe a billing error has occurred, contact us with your company name, billing details, and issue summary so we can review the request.

4. Service Activation

Refund eligibility may be limited once subscription access, onboarding work, implementation effort, or platform provisioning has started.
